"When asked to create a website in honor of Pearse's life, I was at a loss for words. It was an honor to design a site for such a wonderful soul.

"Pearse was in my cohort for environmental engineering at UW. I didn’t speak to him too much but he always seemed like a very bright, enthusiastic person. One night he sent the cohort an invitation to an engineering party (which I regrettably saw after it was already over, but that a couple of our classmates made it to). It always seemed to me that he was living life happily."
